Item Restrictions and Prohibitions
You may bring bags up to 20" x 10" in size; anything larger than that will have to stay outside. Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to search any bags being brought into the Arena and to refuse entry to anyone found carrying prohibited items, which include (but are not limited to):
Desktop computers, laptops, storage devices, professional video or audio recording equipment, action sports cameras (e.g. GoPro), selfie sticks, drones, laser pointers
Alcohol, outside food and beverages (except water in plastic bottles), glass bottles, cans
Firearms, fireworks, flammable liquids or aerosol products, knives, daggers, swords, clubs, maces, other crushing or edged weapons, projectiles, air guns, long bows, crossbows
Large containers, large bags, strollers, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters (except for people with disabilities), pets (except service animals), clothing containing vulgar language, or any other item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate
Any attendee found to have violated the prohibited items list may be removed from Blizzard Arena.
Acceptable costume weapon props are limited to air-filled or soft plastic melee and wooden staves that are not shod with metal. Tablets (such as iPads) and video cameras are permitted for use. Personal equipment may not be connected to any computer for any reason at any time.
We want all Blizzard Arena visitors to feel like they're part of the Blizzard family. Please be respectful and courteous to your fellow attendees. We’re all here to enjoy amazing esports and have a good time.
If you witness or experience anything that puts someone's safety or enjoyment of the show at risk, inform a security guard or Blizzard employee (Blizzard Arena staff will be wearing "Blizzard Arena Crew" shirts) and let them know. We have escalation procedures in place to handle these kinds of situations, and we can take the appropriate action from there.
To ensure the event provides a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for everyone, Blizzard reserves the right to remove from Blizzard Arena any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or unbecoming, or who uses vulgar or abusive language.
